For lenders
See the receipts behind the draw. Approve it from your phone.
Your borrower grants you access. Every request arrives with the costs, the photographs and the phase already attached. You approve, or you send it back with a note. There is nothing to buy and nothing for your team to install.
What's different
Every other draw platform starts at the draw request.
Draw management software is sold to the lender and the borrower gets an account because you require one. It begins the moment a request is submitted, which means the numbers inside it are whatever the borrower typed that morning.
Hona is bought by the contractor, for their own job costing. The draw request is assembled from receipts they were already capturing to run their business — so what you're approving is the work, documented as it happened, not a summary written to get paid.
What you get
Everything you'd otherwise ask for by email.
On every project shared with you
Budget against actual, phase by phase and category by category. The receipts sitting behind each figure. Progress photographs as the work completes. Draw request status, live.
When a draw comes in
An email tells you a phase is ready. Open the project, look at the photos and the costs, and tap the mark to approve. Press and hold instead to send it back with a note about what you need first.
Approving in Hona records your approval. Funding happens through your own process, on your own rails, exactly as it does today. Hona does not move money and never will.
The terms
Free, permanently, and the contractor holds the keys.
- Cost to youNone
- Cost to your borrower$29 / month
- Who grants accessThe contractor
- Who can revoke itThe contractor
- Who keeps the historyThe contractor
That last line is deliberate. Competing portals are white-labelled under the lender's brand, so when a borrower changes lenders their project history disappears with the old relationship. In Hona the record belongs to the contractor and is shared with you — which is why a borrower will actually keep it current.
