Delete your account

You can delete your Hona account from inside the app. Open Administration, scroll to the bottom, and choose Cancel Subscription & Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

This removes your projects, receipts, budgets, progress photographs, stakeholder grants and account record. Records of draw requests a lender approved are retained with your identity removed, because a third party released funds against them — the transaction remains, nothing in it identifies you. This is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

If you can no longer sign in, write to support@honafinancial.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
